Your talents must also lie in organizing, tracking, taking responsibility for the details, scheduling, planning, and proactively communicating to ensure we consistently achieve student enrollment program targets.
We will count on you to fulfill information requests from prospective students, host informational sessions, maintain enrollment data, coordinate student schedules, and serve as the liaison between edOpp, students, and our community partners.

Applicant must be a motivated, results-oriented professional with a keen ability to execute on a learning and development process that yields results. You understand the impact of what it means to plan, organize, develop, and deliver transformational learning experiences and programs. You have experience with project management, program design, and see things through to completion.
We will count on you implement both internal and external L&D projects, support Workplace Learning and Talent Management initiatives, and serve as the liaison between edOpp and our CORE team, Strategic Learning Facilitators, and client partners.

Applicant must be a motivated, results-oriented professional with a knack for writing and has the creativity to design career-oriented certification learning programs that stimulate learner engagement and achieve program outcomes. Your development of edOpp’s transformational learning courses and programs will meet the needs of the diverse students we serve.
We will count on you to research, organize, develop, and design innovative and practical learning courses and programs that lead to in-demand industry credentials in various career pathways. To achieve this, you will implement the edOpp content development methodology processes and learning tools to create courses using PowerPoint, webinar technology, and various e-learning platforms.

Applicant must be a motivated, results-oriented professional with tech savviness and creativity to assist in data collection, data entry, and analysis of the employee lifecycle from recruiting through training and retention. You will support talent projects related to behavioral competencies, diversity and inclusion, career pathing, and leadership development.
We will count on you to assess the learning and HR performance, goals, and strategies of our company and client projects. You will also research, design, and develop innovative and practical learning solutions that support the needs of both the business and the learners, while also updating and repurposing existing learning content.

Applicant must be a motivated and innovative individual who can research and produce innovative and practical learning solutions that support the needs of both the business and the learners. You will assist in creating class whiteboards, program outlines, class activities and learning processes in the workplace learning and workforce development fields at edOpp.
We will count on you to support the content development of formal and informal half-day, one-day, or multi-day classes, workshops, seminars and learning experiences to meet the needs of an identified employee population or client.

Do you have a passion for making information flow through visual design?
Houston, TX, Remote - Part Time Academic Intern - Open Until Filled
Applicant must be a motivated and creative individual who can research, design, and develop innovative and practical learning solutions that support the needs of both the business and the learners, while also updating and repurposing existing learning content. You will also assist in maintaining edOpp’s archive of digital images, videos, and other content.
We will count on you to synthesize course content and identify visual elements such as: graphics, video, polls, and other multimedia to create a highly engaging and interactive design that supports the learning experience of our learners.
